Blisie is a cloud based Point of Sale (POS) platform designed for service businesses including:
- Salons & barbershops
- Spas, massage parlours & wellness centres
- Dental clinics, physiotherapy centres & medical practices
- Nail studios, tattoo studios & beauty services
- Any service based business requiring appointment and billing management
The platform includes, but is not limited to:
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Staff management and role based access
- service catalogue
- Reports, analytics, and business insights
3. Account Registration & Responsibility
When creating a Blisie account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account details
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
⚠️You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by staff members you grant access to.
4. Account Usage & Responsibility
- Each account is intended for use by a authorized user
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility
- You agree not to share your login details with unauthorized persons
👀Any misuse, data breach, or unauthorised action performed by an employee under your account is the sole responsibility of the account owner.
5. Acceptable Use
By using Blisie, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
- Store false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful data
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt our systems
- Misuse, sell, or unauthorisedly share customer or patient data
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without permission
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Payments & Subscription
- Certain features and modules require a paid subscription plan
- All pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Pricing may change with reasonable prior notice via email or in app notification
- Subscriptions auto renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at blisie.help@gmail.com.
7. Data Responsibility
- You own all data you enter into the Blisie platform
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of customer and patient data
- You must obtain appropriate consent before storing client information
- We are not responsible for incorrect entries, duplicate records, or data misuse by your team
By entering client data into Blisie, you confirm you have the legal right to store and process that information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable and industry standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage, and regular security monitoring.
⚠️However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Blisie is not liable for unauthorised access, data breaches, or losses that occur beyond our reasonable control, including third party attacks or user negligence.
9. Third Party Services
Blisie may integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality, including:
- Payment gateways — e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, googlePay, PhonePay, Paytm (optional)
- SMS & WhatsApp notification providers (optional)
- Analytics and performance monitoring tools
These integrations are governed by the respective third party”s terms and privacy policies. Blisie is not responsible for any failures, outages, data handling practices, or losses caused by third party service providers.
10. Medical & Professional Disclaimer

Blisie is an operational management tool only. It is not a medical device, electronic health records (EHR) system, or clinical decision support platform.
We do not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions. Any data entered by dental clinics, physiotherapy centres, wellness providers, or medical practitioners is managed solely at their own discretion and professional responsibility.
Blisie bears no liability for any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, medical errors, or regulatory non-compliance arising from the use of our platform. Users in regulated healthcare environments must ensure their own compliance with all applicable laws (e.g. DISHA, HIPAA, or local health data regulations).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blisie Technologies and its team shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Downtime, service interruptions, or data loss caused by third party failures
- Errors or omissions in reports, analytics, or system generated outputs
- Any harm arising from misuse of the platform by you or your staff
Our total liability to you for any claim, regardless of the nature or type of claim, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Blisie in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- You misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law or a regulatory authority
- Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period
You may terminate your account at any time by:

- Requesting account deletion — we will process it within 14 business days
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately. Data may be retained as required by law before permanent deletion.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the ”Effective Date” at the top of this page and notify active users via email or an in-app notice.
Continued use of Blisie after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
